issues and weight loss- Part 3
When it
comes to weight loss, some really variety remedies are available one of which
is apple cider vinegar. Now continuing from my previous post, here is
Remedy No. 9-
Did you know that apple cider vinegar
plays a great role in weight loss? In a
cup of water add one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and to this mixture add 1
teaspoon of lemon juice and drink the mixture. Rich in pectin, apple
cider vinegar helps in quick weight loss as it helps in increasing metabolism
levels of the body and helps flush out toxins from the body. The tartaric acid
present in the vinegar will burn body fat fast.

Do you love cranberry? If so you are
having one fruit for making an amazing health drink. Cranberry is rich in antioxidants and helps
lower calories and thus improves metabolism and helps detoxify body. Drink a
glass of cranberry juice and see the difference for yourself. It is best to drink it before breakfast in the
morning.
Remedy No. 12-
Now this may sound weird to you, but next effective
home remedy is garlic. Yes you heard it right, garlic. Garlic has a compound
named allicin in it which helps prevent obesity and reduces weight. Consuming one clove
of garlic with water on empty stomach or adding some garlic to your curries
helps keep your weight at bay.

Peppermint is yet another
home remedy which helps in weight loss. Peppermint improves digestion and aids
in relaxation of muscles of digestive system and the enzymes in peppermint
helps in calming gastrointestinal tract and speeds up digestion and burning up
of calories. Its strong fragrance
helps in suppression of hunger and turns to be effective in control of
appetite.

This
vegetable is available in kitchen, but did you know that this vegetable boosts
weight loss? This amazing vegetable is cabbage. Extremely low in calories and rich in fibers,
the tartaric acid present in cabbage prevents sugar and carbohydrates to be
transformed to fat and helps aid in weight loss. Cabbage is hence a wonderful
combination in salads and is rich in vitamin A and C and helps in prevention of
cancer and heart diseases.

Drinking
parsley juice mixed with lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C can help reduce
weight loss and helps digestive issues and improves digestion and in turn helps
in healthy weight loss.

The
leaves of jujube or Indian plum helps reduce fat in the body. Just soak a hand
ful of plum leaves and soak them over night and eat them on empty stomach next
day morning and these leaves will help in reducing fat in the body. Amazing,
isn’t it?
