Fenugreek- The wonder herb
Fenugreek (methi in hindi) also known as Bird's foot is a herb that is native to Mediterranean region, Western Asia & Southern Europe. A very common herb found in the Indian kitchen, the methi ke seeds are added in various cuisines including South Indian dishes like Sambar.
