Corona spread, weight issues and weight loss- Part 2 In my previous post on weight loss, I had suggested that honey, ginger, lemon are effective in weight loss. Interesting combinations of these can bring about amazing results in weight loss. Remedy No. 1- In a cup of lukewarm water, add 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of honey and 4 tablespoons of lemon juice. After mixing them well, drinking this mixture everyday in the morning is very helpful in weight loss.
