Fenugreek (methi in hindi) also known as Bird's foot is a herb that is native to Mediterranean region, Western Asia & Southern Europe. A very common herb found in the Indian kitchen, the methi ke seeds are added in various cuisines including South Indian dishes like Sambar. You may not like the taste of it, but it's health benefits will make you want to add it to your regular diet.
